Customer feedback

What our customers tell us

We ask every customer how the visit went, and we would rather hear it directly than not at all.

How we ask

How Fresh Ducts collects feedback

After a completed visit we ask how it went. There is no incentive attached, we do not screen for positive responses before asking, and we do not chase anyone who would rather not. Feedback that is unflattering is more useful to us than feedback that is not.

If something went wrong on a visit, tell us directly and we will put it right rather than discover it later in a public review.

What we want to know

The things we ask about after a visit

Four questions, and the second is the one that tells us most.

Did the scope match the quote?

The price agreed before we started should be the price at the end. If it was not, we want to know.

Did we tell you anything you did not need?

The fastest way for a duct company to lose trust is to sell work that was not warranted.

Was the property left as we found it?

Floor protection, tidy equipment, nothing left behind.

Did you understand what we did?

If the walkthrough at the end did not make sense, the walkthrough was not good enough.
