No mystery

What happens after you get in touch

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them. Nothing is scheduled until you have heard what the work involves.

We confirm coverage

We check your address against where we actually work and tell you straight away if you are outside it.

We ask about the system

Property type, number of furnaces or air handlers, basement or crawlspace access, and what prompted the call.

We inspect before quoting

A technician looks at the accessible ductwork, returns, and registers, and shows you what is actually there.

You decide

You get a clear scope and a price before anything starts. If cleaning is not what your system needs, we will say so.

Before you call

Questions we get on the phone

What should I have ready when I call?

The property type, roughly how many furnaces or air handlers it has, whether there is basement or crawlspace access, and what made you start looking. Recent remodeling matters more than most people expect, because construction debris ends up in the system.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. We look at the accessible ductwork and tell you what we find before quoting anything. If the honest answer is that your system does not need cleaning, that is the answer you get.

Do you work outside the communities listed here?

Often, yes. Our regular corridor runs through Weber, Davis and Salt Lake counties, and we travel as far as Logan, Provo, Park City and Tooele. Further out we can usually still help, though additional travel fees may apply.

How much disruption should I expect?

Equipment is staged outside where the property allows, and hoses are run in through a door or window. The crew protects the areas they work in. Most residential visits are a matter of hours rather than a full day, but the inspection will tell you what to plan for.

Do you handle commercial properties?

We work with both homes and commercial buildings. Commercial jobs vary a lot in equipment count, access and scheduling, so send us the property details and we will confirm what we can take on.
